Step 1 Dice the vegtables

carrot square
Cabbagge slice
Orange Kumara
Potato square
pumpkin square
chicken cut in half
Step 2 Putthe chicken in the first and top up the vegatables, spices ,salt Bake 180degres for 40mins
Step 3 Sereve And Enjoy
